I woke early this morning at 5 to continue reading my favorite book so far this year, Educated: a Memoir by Tara Westover.  It weaves a true tale of strength, love, and resilience and the complex identity we form by straddling two worlds, our family of origin and the life we choose for ourselves. What I learned on my 7-day silent meditation retreat
