About me

Hi, I'm Janice.  I am part health-nut, part foodie, and I LOVE supporting other people on their journey to be their happiest, healthiest selves.

I became very interested in health and wellness and personal growth after losing my mom to heart disease, my dad to cancer, and my aunt to diabetes and cancer, all while I was in my 30s. I really began to WAKE UP and pay attention to my health.

I used to be ruled by stress, fatigue, insomnia, massive sugar cravings, and a foggy brain. Making changes to the foods I eat and to my lifestyle changed my life.

When I began to make good choices for my mind, body, and spirit and began to prioritize self-care, I discovered increased energy, restful sleep, a clearer mind, my ideal weight, and peace and balance in my life. I feel better now than I ever have and am able to focus on the important things in my life that matter and that nourish me.

It is a transformative experience to zoom out and think about how things could be different in your life. I love connecting with people in a real way, listening to what they want for their lives, and supporting them to make it happen. It's a great honor to work with people on their personal journey as they learn to make empowering choices that bring them health, happiness, and full self-expression. Everything we do makes a difference, and small, incremental changes have a huge impact on how we feel today and how healthy we are in the future.

I have studied many aspects of health and wellness, including integrative nutrition, whole foods cooking, and mindfulness meditation intensively over the past 10 years. Drawing on this knowledge and my training as a health coach, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
